• Hari is an Engineering Graduate and also holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Hari possesses more than a decade’s rich experience in the business of ARCs having played key roles both in Pridhvi and Maximus ARCs. He has gained expertise in deft handling of all matters relating to acquisitions and resolutions of the assets right from conducting due diligence, pricing, bidding, deal closure, maintenance of trust accounts, modification of charges, issue and redemption of security receipts, valuation of secured assets, enforcement of security interest, restructuring of debts, settlement of dues with the borrowers, etc.
• Mr Hari as a nominee Director on the Board of companies whose debts have been restructured, proved effective in overseeing the conduct of such companies more specifically in ensuring strict compliance with statutory requirements and financial discipline.
• Hari also actively involved in framing policies of the company, introduction and implementation of systems and procedures and creation of infrastructure, etc.
• Hari as an IT Professional is taking care of all the soft and hardware requirements of the company.
